££Multi-billion organisation have a superb opportunity for 2 x Business Applications Support Assistants ideally from a junior Service desk / ticketing systems background looking to move to the next level in your career path.
You will provide support to offices in Europe, Africa and Middle-East where you will be responsible for pro-active monitoring of various aspects of IT system performance, supporting the helpdesk using a ticketing system to log calls and resolve complex issues through to conclusion either internally or via 3rd party suppliers. Your responsibilities will be to assist with the analysis, management & maintenance of business & system data with users at all levels, providing support for projects team including system enhancements, resolving problems and maintaining data, ensuring the client receives the maximum benefit from these systems.
You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and numeracy skills, possibly dealing with booking through to invoicing within logistics/shipping environment, have demonstrable abilities to quickly learn and understand business processes and process flows, have capability to learn new skills & to acquire knowledge of IT applications, have an analytical & reliable approach to problem solving, troubleshooting etc and proven capabilities with MS Office (Office365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) in an basic IT helpdesk environment
