Helpdesk Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst – MS Windows, MS Office – Spalding / Peterborough / Lincolnshire – 9 months initial contract!  – Excellent rates

Due to a new refresh project my client urgently needs an additional Helpdesk Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst to provide 1st line support for all IT related issues to over 4000 users around the UK

You will have at least 1 years experience of working in a 1st line support role, have experience using support call logging systems and ideally have knowledge of the ITIL Framework. This role will include troubleshooting issues for all supported hardware and software, imaging desktops/laptops and installing applications, managing AD accounts and groups, Blackberry and mobile support and performing routine security checks.

You will have excellent customer service skills, be able to provide first line resolution over a wide range of issues, provide thorough troubleshooting for hardware issues, be confident and skilled in a MS Windows environment, using MS Office applications in particular Outlook and Excel, enjoy analysing problems and providing resolutions and have the ability to prioritise workload within a high-pressure environment without compromising on quality or customer service.

This role is commutable from Stamford, Spalding, Peterborough, Kings Lyn, Wisbech, Lincoln, Spalding, Boston, Grantham.
