Service Desk/Helpdesk/1st Line Support Analyst- Peterborough – to £22,000 (dependent upon experience)
Peterborough based blue-chip organisation have a great opportunity for an experienced Service Desk/Helpdesk/1st Line Support Analyst with 2 years experience to provide IT Support to all clients across the UK. Working within a great team environment you will have experience of ticketing systems and have technical experience of Windows XP, 7 (ideally) v10 Apple Mac and have worked in an ITIL environment.
As a Service Desk/Helpdesk/1st Line Support Analyst you will have extensive PC and Mac technical knowledge, excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service, strong analytical and problem solving abilities with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
