If we have contacted you about a role you can be sure it’s one we believe you could be right for. But we won’t waste your time – if you are excited by the role, great. If not, that’s fine too. At least we’ll know more about your requirements for the next opportunity.

Before you go in to interview you’ll be well briefed, well prepared and well informed. There should be no (nasty) surprises.

After interview we’ll discuss things with you in depth. If you are still excited about the opportunity (and the organisation shares your enthusiasm) we’ll represent you in the best way we can.

We’ll help you through the transition – resigning, the notice period and the arrival at your new job. And we’ll check in with you from time to time afterwards to make sure everything is as you had expected and wanted it to be.

It all sounds simple and we aim to keep it that way for you. It’s our job to manage the complexities.
